This Privacy Policy explains how Trader25, operated by GlobalWave Holdings Ltd., collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you visit trader25.com, submit an enquiry or lead form, create an account, or use our services.
1. Who we are
Trader25 is operated by GlobalWave Holdings Ltd., an International Business Company incorporated in Saint Lucia (Company Registration No. 2024-00612). In this policy, “Trader25”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to GlobalWave Holdings Ltd. and the Trader25 service.
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@trader25.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, country, account credentials, questionnaire responses, identity-verification documents, funding information, and communications with our team.
When you use the platform, we may collect account activity, trading instructions and history, deposits and withdrawals, device and browser information, IP address, session data, security logs, and information needed to prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.
If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta may provide us with the contact details, questionnaire answers, form, advertisement, and campaign attribution that you chose to submit.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, create and administer accounts, provide the trading platform, process funding requests, verify identity, communicate about services, maintain security, investigate misuse, improve the platform, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We may also use contact details to follow up on a request you submitted through a Trader25 or Meta lead form. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.
4. Legal bases and choices
Depending on your location, we process information to perform a contract with you, take steps at your request before entering a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, or act with your consent.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, communications, identity checks, payment and funding services, market-data services, security, customer support, and business administration.
Relevant providers may include Replit for application hosting and database infrastructure, Meta for Facebook and Instagram lead advertising, Copérato for business communications, EPayClub for payment processing, Twelve Data for market data, and infrastructure or storage providers used to operate the service. Each provider receives only the information reasonably needed for its function.
We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request; to enforce our terms; or to protect users, the public, or our rights and systems.
6. International transfers
Our service providers and operations may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards for international transfers.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage our relationship with you, meet legal, accounting, anti-fraud, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network connections, authentication, access controls, logging, and restricted staff access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
Trader25 uses cookies and similar storage needed for sign-in, session security, preferences, and core platform operation. We may also use measurement or advertising technologies where permitted. Browser settings can control cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.
Send requests to support@trader25.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
11. Children
Trader25 is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.
