Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of personal information held by Trader25, including information received when you submitted a form through Facebook or Instagram.
Contact Trader25 support
Email support@trader25.com or call one of the AU Support telephone numbers shown in the footer and state that you want to submit a personal data deletion request.
Identify your information
Provide the name, email address, or telephone number you used with Trader25 or in the Facebook or Instagram lead form. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or identity documents unless an authorized support representative specifically requests them through a secure channel.
Complete identity verification
We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the request relates to you and to protect your information from unauthorized deletion.
Receive confirmation
After verification, we will process the request and confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained to meet legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.
What happens next
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Deleting information may prevent continued use of services that require an account or legally required records.
